In this hero drop of 4, we see new shooter Lust paired with the best troop recovery block vehicle hero Wrath, fighter with high synergy and great versatility in Prophet and finally the front-row defensive hero Shadow who holds the line up self-sufficiently.
She offers medium-high damage more focused on combat skills vs basic troop attacks, positioning her more towards S4 Hummingbird rather than SX Nomad or Rose Noire. Her complete anti-confusion protection for the whole squad while having great hero synergy across mixed formations make her versatile to work with. Her damage output ranges from decent to great, offering a mix of status poisonous effects, hero skill damage and confusion to enemies. She can be countered due to combat skills (suppression or silence). Overall, a great damage dealer that offers more protection and support to the hero squad with more dimension than say Nomad who is straight up damage with little offered besides that.
In my opinion, the best troop recovery block hero you’ll come across. His reflective armor charge stacks with high frequency, resulting in negated damage received from enemies. His shattering fist although hits friendly squads, triggers his armor charge faster, while playing excellently with tech priestess healing per damage basis. Together with Lust, makes for a formidable confusion, troop recovery block and decent healing although wrath is also prone to combat skill counters. Overall, a game-changing hero that deals with those high-healing hero combos.
Prophet is a hybrid support and damage fighter hero with excellent damage support setups such as chain-linking another enemy squad when the targeted squad is hit. It offers an excellent 50% of damage received by the targeted enemy squad for greater damage inflicted. She offers great troop recovery block that is applied from the turn of battle for a fixed -70%, which is reliable and level-playing for high healing APCs. Plus, Prophet works excellently with Lust due to her combat skill focus, that helps activate Prophet’s marked damage charge. Overall, very versatile in fighter and mixed formations while playing well with Lust, both who are in this same drop.
A solid evasive front row shooter that can be paired with lust for a straight-up shooter formation. He has high evasive frequency for himself to dodge damage and survive a little longer, while his 80% troop recovery will beef up his troop count if it triggers in his faith guard skill. It does mean his healing isn’t as consistent or supportive to other heroes like Deus Ex Machina, Wings of Liberty or Koschei, but can stay in battle longer and becomes very persistent when paired with supportive heroes. Shadow is self-sufficient which makes him interchangeable with any front row hero for flexibility although lacks any real synergy with other heroes as a result. Solid pickup otherwise if he can slide into your APC formation or you lack a front row shooter.
If you had your eye on Lust, this would be the best hero drop to pull in. The drop of 4 heroes increases the likelihood you’ll pick her up, while the rest of the selection are very high quality. They can all work together in more ways than another as a mixed or slide into APCs with this mostly support setup alongside Lust as the sole primary damage dealer here.
If you have little tickets however, you’re better off focusing on other heroes you are more progressed as unless you’re very lucky or want to dip for the long term to chance wrath or lust to develop over time, they won’t be usable so at least 480 tickets are recommended (on an RNG of 80 tickets per hero) to pull 6 heroes (Or more perhaps).
Shadow is the least appealing in this but he is worth the risk if you find him sliding in your your hero formations or already have some copies of him. In this case, the risk is lower and the worth is higher. Lust appears in Week 5 along with 6 other heroes, so the chance is lower.
