TECH PRIESTESS

Season 3 Hero Profile, Stats, Synergy and Combinations

From season 3, Tech Priestess fundamentally changes the combat landscape as the first healing hero in the seasons and still holds up to be one of the best in Season X. She’s a must pick-up hero that offers any formation more stability and protection to all squads, cranks up the damage in the beginning and plays super fluid with any kind of hero you want to put in front or behind her. She’s the most accessible fighter-type hero with healing properties you can get your hands on before reaching Season X, and if you do, she’ll be a tough adversary for your opponents to overcome.

tech priestess
Highly reliable fighter healing hero, with a great confusion effect setup. Her healing is consistent, recovers a decent damage at high frequency and works best against high frequent basic attacks or low to medium skill damage. Her healing is overwhelmed by burst, high damage output, fortunately, her versatility makes her easy to pair across all troop types.

KEY SKILLS

LAST SHELTER HERO TECH PRIESTESS ONE TECH TRAVELLER SKILLS
1 | DICTATOR
23,100 bonus marching capacity for hero’s squad
2 | PANGOLIN MK I (PREP) (2,2)
First 3 turns, 2 friendly squads have 60% bonus damage
3 | DEFENSIVE FORMATION (DICTATOR)
Hero’s squad has +50% resistance
4 | OFFENSIVE FORMATION (DICTATOR)
Hero’s squad has +50% might
5 | RADAR JAMMING (COMBAT) (4,2)
1 turn prep, 50% chance to confuse 2 random enemy squads within range, skills and basic attack targets become random, lasting 2 turns
6 | AWAKEN (DICTATOR)
+15% might and resistance, +15% HP, +250% dictator skill effect
7 | DISCIPLINE (DICTATOR)
Hero formation +40% resistance
8 | MEDICAL NANOBOTS (PREP) (2,3)
during battle, when all friendly squads receive damage, 50% chance to recover some units (recovery rate 33%)

PANGOLIN MK I (DAMAGE BUFF) a straight up damage buff to the other two squads by 60% for the first three turns. A big damage buff with enough turns to do serious damage if they’re able to land their hits, making it better for those with damage skills to take advantage of, or just any basic and combat skills in general.

RADAR JAMMIN (CONFUSE COUNTER) If this pulls off, it’s a great skill to not only stop damage dealt from two selected enemy squads, but deal it back to any of their own squads for 2 turns. One of the best confuse setups in duration and affected targets.

MEDICAL NANOBOTS (HEALING) her healing setup activates before battle, with recovery dealt on a per damage basis with a 50% chance every time a friendly squad receives either basic attack or combat skill damage. it’s per damage, healing excels against low to medium damage high frequency attacks, maxing out at roughly 2.8K troops recovery per hit. Anything below that and it is a positive net to recover more troops than damage, perfect against recurring low damage elemental or status effects.

LAST SHELTER TECH PRIESTESS ONE TECH TRAVELLER HEALING (1)
Roughly 2.8K maximum troops healed when damage tops out for her recovery rate.

It struggles against burst high damage where the gap is too wide to cover and is healed on a per damage basis so needs more low damage to close the gap. So high frequency, low to medium damage Tech Priestess does brilliantly, fewer high damage and she struggles. The great thing however is it doesn’t need any activation , triggers exceptionally well and will apply to all squads in formation. Pair her with another healer for reliable, consistent and high healing power.

SKILL UNLOCK SEQUENCE

  1. SKILL 8 (MEDICAL NANOBOTS)
  2. SKILL 6 (AWAKEN)
  3. SKILL 7 (FORMATION RESISTANCE)

Medical nanobots is what makes Tech Priestess killer which is her healing skill per damage. You’ll want to open skill 8 first for that healing which is the most important skill of hers. Her friendly focused skills mean you can place her anywhere from the front, mid or back until you can awaken her or max all of her skills. Her formation resistance adds greater defensive strength to an APC and makes her very suitably as a leading or mid row hero to absorb damage.

SYNERGY

Wrath (SX) his shattering first combat skill deals 20% inflicted damage to all friendly squads for his reflective armour charge to completely negate damage. As a by-product, the little damage received triggers Tech Priestess’ healing, which causes her to heal far more than with other heroes. Wraths’ troop recovery block and high synergy for Tech Priestess to heal is a deadly combination when paired with a high damage hero.

GLUTTON (SX) glutton as a front row fighter hero lacks healing until turn 4, dependent on the damage output of your friendly backrow. Tech Priestess provides a more stable and consistent healing option when paired with Glutton to stick around longer, provide that 80% recovery block per turn and add immunity status to the back hero.

HUNK (SX) this is the strongest confusion pairing that can near confuse an enemy squad for the entire battle thanks to Hunk’s no turn prep activation, combat speed buff to friendlies and self0evasion as the front row. Tech Priestess overlays that with her radar jamming which although requires a 1 turn prep, Hunk fills in until she can activate and either prolong confusion or provide blanket confusion on all squads to potentially repel high damage from your formation. The extra damage buff from her to possibly Hunk adds a 110% overall effect. Big.

RETROGRADER (SX) his crazy high healing skill at 270% recovery rate and a high trigger chance provides focused healing to the lowest troop squad to counter high focused damage or greater formation survivability in battle. Layer that with TP’s consistent healing per damage across the formation makes this a solid pairing that’s tough to take down.

LUST (SX) pair together as a mixed formation and Lust doubling as an adept damage dealer, Lust’s complete confusion immunity for each squad makes your own formation confusion-proof. Her Feather’s of Seduction is pretty much the same as TP’s radar jamming, but with attached high damage. There may be an overlap, but Lusts added damage and the chance to apply confusion more successfully to an enemy with extra damage effect makes this a great synergistic pairing.

PROPHET (SX) primarily her Chains of Fate skill that links another squad to the one receive damage, TP’s confusion and Prophet’s linked opens the chance for enemy to receive their own damage and add a 50% link damage effect.

COMPATIBLE

SCARLET SIREN (SX) while there are no high synergy between each other’s skills, they can form a top fighter formation with Scarlet as the leading damage dealer buffed up by TP’s damage buff and Scarlet’s wide array of productive damage across her entire skillset.

KAMIKAZE (SX) the combo in a mixed formation makes for a crazy good healing pair, with Kamikaze providing solid counter and high healing front the front, layered with TP’s consistent per damage healing across the whole formation.

HEAVEN’S REDEMPTION (SX) like with Kamikaze but with more flexibility in an APC, his high healing output front anywhere, with an frequent silence counter to enemies and full squad evasion make him an awesome pairing for added defence and support utility in front of a damage dealer.

CANONESS (SX) her insane healing over herself and the front row hero, makes these a tanky healing combo for super high durability in battle. You’ll want TP in the front row which bolsters her recovery tremendously and means TP can continue applying confusion and per damage healing to the back row squad that misses out on Canoness’ healing

NOT COMPATIBLE

There are no real hero incompatibilities as she’s self-sufficient in her skillset while being versatile and supportive enough for any hero to take advantage i.e her healing, confuse and damge buff. Her skills allow her to be placed anywhere in formation, which is important as we see wider combo variations that means she isn’t limited to help counter and deals with complicated APCs thanks to her frequent healing and setup.
