Last Shelter Eden: Dissidia Season Challenge Guide

Quests for Each Week, EXP Points and Breakdown

Last updated:

Sup Team KBA, back again in the Last Shelter universe and today we’re diving into the world of Elite Challenge that opens up from your first SX season, and in particularly, for Eden: Dissidia. This is in reference to state 8xx range, as challenges may be different in older and newer states, but you can use this as a reference guide nonetheless. There are many questions being asked as to what these challenges look like for each week, so as always, I’m here to fill that information gap and lay the knowledge down so you can kind of prepare or know what lies ahead, and how to best prepare your own Elite Challenge journey in your Eden season.

I did this from recollection in my final week of Eden Dissidia so the weekly quests may not be lined to the correct week they appear. Since there’s no organised way of matching these up, I’ve done what looked reasonable, but please do leave a comment if these are the right set of quests, but not in the week I’ve listed so I can correct them. Thank you.

WHAT IS SEASON CHALLENGE?

It’s the new weekly season challenges you’re tasked to complete as part of Eden season, which reward you with benefits-in-kind for every level milestone you reach. Some are far easier than others, with others more difficult to attain but generally, you’ll naturally advance this or for the completionist, aim to complete and reach that maximum level 50. There are two reward plans for Season Challenge: Normal Challenge and Elite Challenge.

Normal Challenge is the set of rewards open to everyone when you complete the season quests. You gain rewards for every 2 levels you reach, earning a combination of honor points, regeneration serums, honor boost tickets, doomsday coins, expansion tile plans, hero exp and super tickets at level 50. There’s no difference to the quests you complete, but the difference in rewards between Normal and Elite are huge.

Elite Challenge is the optional paid season pass that unlocks a ton of potential rewards, and privileges for the entire season. It’s completely optional, but in my opinion, for $19.99 USD and what it offers in return, it is one of the best all-round services you can buy in Last Shelter. I’ll do a separate review on Elite Challenge but it’s wholly worth it if you want to enhance your Eden rewards experience. But again, 100% optional with Season Challenge achievable without it.

DAILY QUESTS

A total of 90 Quest EXP can be earned every day until the end of the Eden Season.

QUEST MISSIONEXP
Occupy any territory 5 times30
Upgrade Honor Structure 1 time30
Train on your territory 3 times30
Daily EXP Total90
SEASON TOTAL (50 days)4500

From doing daily quests alone, you will earn 22 out of the maximum 50 levels just completing these every day. Something to note is that you can train on territories without needing any training orders for special training. Doing normal training on your highest level tiles without these orders count towards this and any weekly quest missions so do not worry if you go the normal challenge route. Do however check it is counting towards it, doing just once as there were issues of the game registering this (even training orders) to benefit tasks and season quests. But yes, they do count.

As for honor structures, you’ll want to make sure you space upgrades in the season to hit every day otherwise you make it harder to get the EXP if you do not have enough material for the higher levels. If I’m saving viral or composites for a high level upgrade that I can’t upgrade in that same day, I would do a small level upgrade that uses little resource.

WEEKLY QUESTS

Below are the list of quests that open up each week, so you know what comes up and how to prepare. Although this is what my quests looked like for state 8xx in my first SX season of Eden: Dissidia, these do seem to tweak and change between state ranges so it may differ slightly from what you eventually see in your season. But if it’s the same or similar, then it can give you a heads-up on what is to come. There are a total of 54 weekly quests over 50 days, with an average of 7 quests per week.

WEEKNO. QUESTSEXP
06330
17540
26580
36640
47640
57830
681100
771530
TOTAL546190

From the total of 6190 and with each level requiring 200 EXP points, completing all of the weekly quests awards just under 31 Seasonal Challenge levels. Combine that with the >22 levels you can attain from daily quests, there’s roughly 690 buffer of extra points to hit level 50. So that is roughly 3 x 200 point weekly quests and 1 set of daily quests you can miss and still reach level 50.

* You do not need to complete these quests provided you have complete all other quests to reach level 50. This is because they require a significant amount of composite materials in the final 2 weeks, and is better spent focused on upgrading processing plants for honor boost levelling.

WEEK 7 FINAL WEEK

Occupy any territory 200 times200
Reach 2,000,000 influence value250

Occupy 100 enemy territory200
Occupy 200 enemy territory300
Occupy 80 Level 14 Territory280
TOTAL1530

This lasts until the beginning of tally phase and looks more forgiving than what I’ve seen in previous Elite challenges, considering there are no level 16 related quests in this week. The more difficult quest will be the 200 enemy territory tiles to retake, however if your guild has set up a tile trading with another guild, or a base to retake from, this should be smooth.

Granted, most will want to build their composite material reserves, so unless you have these tiles to rotate for the quests, you’ll want to get these out of the way, the earlier the better.

With 630 daily quests you can complete to gain 3 levels for the the week, depending on if you’ve completed all prior quests, you only need to complete 4 of the 6 in the final week to reach the max level 50.

SEASON CHALLENGE TIPS

LAST SHELTER SEASON CHALLENGE GUIDE ONE TECH TRAVELLER HERO

RESOURCE TILES there are much more resource and high level plots scattered throughout Eden map so you won’t have to worry so much about making it towards the dark green or world centre like in Doomsday. Tiles will be available to where your guild tiles are and that means passing through gates, bridges and different sectors. The problem you may come across are too many taken plots in an area, so try to find space or more away from other guild and friendly guild if there aren’t enough.

COMPOSITE TILES Within the last 2 weeks of Eden, it is very difficult to find high level mineral or oil deposit tiles to farm composite materials. This is due to people saving processing upgrades for the honor boost trick. The earlier you can save these the better, otherwise specialty skills like land reclamation for exploiting production and more importantly, land development up to level 16, which allow you to upgrade your tiles up another level is the most useful in this situation.

ASSUALT AND GUARDIAN FORTRESS you can do all quests easily for the most part, however there’s a sticking point and that is upgrading your assault and guardian fortress honor buildings. Unless you are brimming with composite materials, provided you complete all the other weekly and daily quests, you can avoid doing these 2 challenges to save composite for processing plant honor boost upgrades in the final 2 weeks.

ELITE CHALLENGE I’d honestly consider picking up the Elite Challenge season pass. The amount, richness of rewards and substantial privilege buffs in honor exp, hero exp, Eden buffs makes it highly worth getting, if not for the Doomsday Coins alone.

LEVEL 16 I was anticipating some level 16 quests in the final week, in which I focused on reaching 0% poison for level 16 tiles. With the final quests out, it looks like that isn’t necessary, as you only need to occupy L16 in week 6 once, with level 14 tiles the highest to occupy thereafter. In that case, while it’s always handy to take level 16 so any of your APCs can hit vs force tiling, you can concentrate on accumulating composite materials upgrade instead. I’m still happy to have done level 16 as you get more honor points, contribution and level 16 of forests and farms are far easier to find than for mineral or oil deposit for said quests. But I can assure, level 16 is highly optional for the most part of season challenge. For World centre or high level city captures, level 16 is still very much worth aspiring to.
